New principal at GUS

The talented Peter Collins takes over the Virtuosi GUS hot seat.

The Virtuosi GUS Band has announced the appointment of Peter Collins as their new principal cornet.

Principal experience

Peter has previously held the principal cornet seat with Ransomes, Polysteel (Flowers) and Thoresby Colliery and will make his first competitive outing with the band at the British Open.

Peter originally studied trumpet at the Royal College of Music, but is currently completing his final year of law studies and will sit his Bar exams in 2012.
