Portishead Town Band has bid farewell to two of their stalwart members over the past month.

Take a break

Rob Perham, who has been the band’s principal cornet since 2004, has decided to take a break to spend more time with his drums, whilst Kevin Gaskill, who has occupied the solo trombone seat for the past 3 years, has left to pursue other musical interests.

Sorely missed

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Both Rob and Kevin are not just great players but also excellent and dedicated bandsmen, and they will be sorely missed. We wish them all the very best in the future."
