Smithills School Senior Band under MD Chris Wormald recently recorded their third Doyen CD this year.
Time for Christmas
Engineered by Richard Scott it is the third recording of 2011 – and is full of new Christmas and seasonal arrangements for release in November.
The band are led on the recording by 15 year old Principal Cornet Elizabeth Tonge, now a member of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain who has just returned from her first course with the band in Harrogate.
