Rainford welcome the signing of tenor horn player Tara Harman.

The Rainford Band has signed Tara Hardman.

Tara joins on solo horn having previously played with Leyland for the last four and a half years.

Commenting on the new signing, MD Neil Samuel told 4BR: "To be able to welcome a player of Tara's calibre is fantastic! She has played on every major contest stage and as a result brings with her a wealth of experience that is sure to benefit the band.

Baritone

Meanwhile, ex Wire Brass solo baritone Adam Banks will fill the 2nd baritone chair left vacant by Liz Tweedles departure to Haydock Band.
