Derwent Brass has welcomed a new signing in Lee Gilbert on percussion.

Lee has played for the Tutbury Concert Band but after a couple of years moved to Uttoxeter Town and subsequently Ratby Cooperative Brass.

Helping hand

In the past Lee has helped out many other ensembles, including Keele University Band with whom he completed two European tours, whilst he has been enjoying playing with his rock band who perform gigs locally around the East Midlands.

Lee completes the line up of percussion next to Sion Hathaway, Rory Steel, Grant Ashenden and Dave Armshaw.
