The Reg Vardy Band is gearing up for its latest CD recording of music by the influential Salvation Army composer Sir Dean Goffin.

The proceeds of the CD will go towards the Clarence Adoo Trust, and will contain some of the New Zealander’s greatest works, such as Goffin's such as ‘My Strength, My Tower’ and ‘Rhapsody in Brass’,.

The CD recording is the brainchild of conductor John Ward, who will direct Reg Vardy on the project.

The band are proud to be involved in the project and would like to thank John for the opportunity to raise money for such an excellent causeReg Vardy Band

Soloist

The band will record the CD in their Stanley base this weekend and will be joined by Richard Martin of the Northern Sinfonia, who is the guest soloist on the release.
