Johnson ends tenure at Verwood

David Johnson ends four year tenure at Verwood Concert Brass.

Verwood

Verwood Concert Brass has announced that they have ended their four year association with conductor David Johnson

Sadness

Bandmaster Mike Dunnings told 4BR: "It's with great sadness that our association with David has come to an end. Over the past four years he has led the band from the Fourth Section into the First. David has given his utmost in effort and commitment in preparing the band for contests and concerts."

Best wishes

Mike added: "The band is saddened that David felt unable to continue the journey with us. However everyone at Verwood Concert Brass wishes him well with his new band and are sure that if they give him the amount of backing and support that we have over the years they will also enjoy similar success."
