New signings at Blidworth

Blidworth Welfare have strengthened the ranks ahead of Harrogate.

Blidworth Welfare Band has strengthened their ranks ahead of Harrogate with new signings.

Dave and Jacqui Oswin came over from New Zealand earlier in the year and have joined on tuba and solo cornet respectively.

More new signings

Meanwhile, Christine Woodcock returned to the band on solo cornet from Long Eaton Silver and Leon Robson has joined on Eb Bass from Thoresby Youth.

Kieren Williams comes in on solo baritone from Thurcroft Welfare and 13 year old Toby Reed, an extremely talented percussionist comes from Bath Spa Band. Finally, Phil White has joined the cornet section from the Yorkshire Co-op Band.
