Holland set to rule in Gloucester

Paul Holland will be replacing C Brian Buckley in the box at the forthcoming Gloucestershire Contest in Novemebr.

The Gloucestershire Brass Band Association have announced a change of adjudicator for their Annual March & Test Piece Contest on November 21st.

The Flowers MD, Paul Holland will be replacing C. Brian Buckley, after Brian reluctantly asked to step down due to a potential conflict of interest concerning a band that he has been recently working with.

Avoid problems

With the band hoping to enter GBBA Contest Brian asked to be released from adjudicating to avoid any potential problems that it might present to the organisers.

GBBA Secretary David Harding told 4BR: "The Gloucestershire Brass Band Association thank Brian for his professionalism and integrity and hope to work with him at future events."
