In addition to his work as a leading music producer, Paul is an active music consultant, editor, journalist and researcher.
I'm happy to use my professional experience, plus my own life-long passion for the brass band medium, to help spread the good news story that brass bands are bouncing back in ScotlandPaul Hindmarsh
Value
SBBA President George Burt told 4BR: "In recent years brass bands have been neglected in the media and the arts establishment. With Paul's knowledge of bands and his huge experience, coupled with the progress we are making, particularly in youth development, I have no doubt that the message of the value of brass bands will be put over strongly to decision makers and public alike."
Positive
Paul is very positive about his appointment too: "I'm happy to use my professional experience, plus my own life-long passion for the brass band medium, to help spread the good news story that brass bands are bouncing back in Scotland."
