Reg Vardy ever ready for Area

Reg Vardy are gearing up to try and reclaim their North of England title in Darlington next week.

The Reg Vardy Band are gearing up for their assault on the North of England area's championship section next weekend.

32nd title

The band are looking to reclaim the title of North of England Champion for an unprecedented 32nd time by teaming up once more with Black Dyke's MD, Dr Nicholas Childs.

Busy

Press officer Laura Jackson told 4BR: "We have been really busy since the start of the year, putting in the work for this contest. We have had three concerts at our sponsor, Sir Peter Vardy's schools, which as always, were a resounding success and we have been fortunate to take part in a recent masterclass with conductors on Edward Gregson's 'Rococo Variations'.
