The Lochgelly Band has announced a sextet of new signings as they strengthen ahead of the forthcoming Scottish Championships.
Six players
Emma Nicol joins the band on soprano from Bon Accord, whilst Sharon Midwinter joins on repiano cornet.
Helen Webster, formerly of Kingdom Brass come in on solo horn and and Ian Harkness makes a welcome return to the band on solo baritone from Dunfermline Town.
Also joining from Kingdom Brass is Jim Kelly on Eb Bass. Completing the jigsaw is Vicky McCormack who joins on percussion.

Reshuffle
The band has also seen a bit of a reshuffle as MD Paul Drury attempts to find that elusive combination to bring success in Glenrothes.
Former soprano cornet player Rab Nicol returns to the back row whilst baritone player Stella McCormack has moved to first horn. Completing the new look horn section is Louise Gilmour, swapping places with Arlene Robertson, who makes a return to the back row cornets.
Rebuilding job
Band spokesperson John Martin told 4BR: "The band have gone through probably their biggest rebuilding job in the last twenty years. It has certainly been a hectic few weeks leading up to the transfer deadline. We now feel we have probably our strongest team going into a Scottish Championship for a good few years."
