Awards at Strata

There was plenty to celebrate at Stratas's Award Night recently...

Strata Brass recently held their annual Christmas concert and awards evening, where MD David Hirst thanked the band for their hard work and commitment during 2009.

Award Winners

Award winners on the night were 'Bandsperson of the Year', cornet player Joanne Darwin and 'Most Improved Player', tuba player Matthew Wilkinson.

Entertainment

During the night the band performed a topical and entertaining programme as has become their trade mark, having won eleven entertainment contest prizes during the last 4 years.
