Meltham & Meltham Mills Band has announced the retirement of their MD, Stuart Fawcett, after 10 very successful years with the band.

Dedication

A spokesperson told 4BR: "Through his dedication and commitment, Stuart has firmly established the band in the First Section, and feels the time is right to hand over the baton, but not before leading the band at Butlins, the Area Contest, and the band's first CD recording in May next year."
