Evans set for Leyland test

Dr Howard Evans will take the helm with Leyland at the 2010 Regional Championships.

Leyland Band has announced that Dr Howard Evans will conduct the band at the 2010 North West Regional Contest.

With the departure of Jason Katsikaris back to Australia after his final appearance with the band at the Royal Northern College of Music Festival of Brass in January, Leyland has moved quickly to secure the services of the man who led the band at the same Festival in 2008.
