The Gloucestershire Brass Band Association Contest took place on the weekend at the Gloucester Five Acres Theatre adjudicated by Philip Harper.
Lydbrook took the top honours after their performance of 'Connotations', whilst City of Bristol won the B Section with their performance of 'The Aeronauts'. Corus (Port Talbot) took the C Section title with their performance of 'Music for a Festival' and Usk Youth took the top Gold Award in the Youth Section.
