The Durham County Brass Band Association Contest took place at East Durham College in Peterlee on the weekend, where adjudicator Chris Wormald had plenty to ponder over.
Excellent facilities
Despite the weather the excellent facilities were welcomed by the bands, with warm up rooms provided for bands, who then played in the packed theatre.
