The Pontins Brass Band Championships may well have ended on the weekend for another year, but the organisers are keen to hear what players, conductors and supporters feel about the event and any ideas they think will help improve it for the future.

Plans

A spokesperson told 4BR: "With plans for major development of the Prestatyn site due to start next year, Pontins are keen to ensure that the experience of their banding weekend is an enjoyable one. We are aware that numbers have dropped this year, but we are also determined to keep Pontins at the forefront of band contesting for many years to come."
