The International Staff Band of The Salvation Army has released details of their programme for the Regent Hall Brass Arts Festival afternoon concert on Friday 16th October at 3pm.

The concert will incorporate a Test-Piece Seminar where Dr. Peter Graham will reveal much about The Torchbearers, which is the 2009 National Finals Test-Piece.

The ISB will perform excerpts from the work as well as giving the world premiere of his new work, entitled 'Seize the Day'4BR
