Due to the recent postal strike, Butlins has extended its closing date for entries for 2010.

The organisers of the Butlins Mineworkers National Open Brass Band Festival have informed 4BR that due to the current problems with postal deliveries in some areas, it has been decided to extend the contest closing date for entries to Friday, 9th October.
