Valued

Stable
As well as being involved in the direction and training of several ‘in house’ ensembles, Nigel will also be working with the RSAMD’s growing stable of conducting students and continuing his valuable work as one of the team of trumpet tutors.
One of his first projects will be co-directing the RSAMD Wind Orchestra for a CD of original works by Scottish composers such as Peter Graham, Rory Boyle, Eddie McGuire and Martin DalbyRSAMD

Dynamic
Head of Brass and Instrumental Performance, Bryan Allen, told 4BR: "Nigel joins a dynamic team fronting the RSAMD’s world renowned brass department, and while his new role will involve him almost full time at the RSAMD, it allows for sufficient flexibility for him to continue his important work outside in the real world, so he is still available for bookings!"
