Planets

Following on from the success of previous sessions, the next is sure to create plenty of interest from players and conductors alike, as the music to be featured is the superb arrangement of the entire suite: The Planets.

Exciting

Ray Tennant told 4BR: "I will be inviting players from around the country to make up a composite band, and will be asking a number of NABBC members to take up the baton as we have a look at this exciting and challenging music."

Ray added: "I'm hopeful that some of our members who are involved in lower section banding will welcome the opportunity of tackling something a bit more advanced. Anyone who may be interested in taking part — conductors or players — can get in touch with me or Nigel Boddice."
