A new resident at Funeralcare

Gavin Lindsay is the latest recruit to the Co-operative Funeralcare Band.

The Co-operative Funeralcare Band has announced the appointment of Gavin Lindsay as its new Resident Conductor.

The former soprano star of the band has enjoyed a varied musical career playing with various bands such as Fodens, Sun Life and Wingates.

Varied career

Since leaving CWS (Glasgow) band, he has variously conducted a number of bands including Whitburn, CWS (Glasgow), Brighouse & Rastrick, Kingdom Brass and Dalewool Band in Auckland, New Zealand where he spent a short period of time.
