Bactiguard Wire Brass will be celebrating the musical life of Goff Richards in September with a little help from some Australian friends.

Top ranked bands

The top ranked Australia champions, Brisbane Excelsior, are flying half way around the world to perform at this years British Open, but an integral part of their trip will include a concert with Bactiguard Wire Brass at Warrington’s Parr Hall on Thursday, 10th September, starting at 7.30pm.

The concert will feature music by one of true great composers of brass music Goff Richards. Although unwell, Goff will be attending the concert, which will be held in his honour.

The bands will be joined on stage by the Warrington Male Voice Choir in what promises to be a night of brilliant music making from one of the UKs finest composers for brass and voice.
