Trinity Girls Band, the only all-female registered band in Britain, have been celebrating their 50th Anniversary, with a tour of Southern Ireland.

Guinness

Conductor David W Ashworth was asked to accompany the band at the arranged concerts at the famous ‘Guinness Storeroom’, which is the visitors centre situated inside the famous Guinness Brewery in Dublin.

The band also played at the church of St George and St Thomas, in the centre of Dublin.

The Queen

Just prior to leaving on the tour, the band also played for Her Majesty, The Queen and HRH Prince Philip during their recent visit to the North West of England.

Meanwhile, the band has announced that Andrew Tyson has been appointed as their new MD.
