Camborne come out on top in Bugle on the weekend.

The 85th West of England Bandsman's Festival ttok place in the Cornish town of Bugle on the weekend, where Camborne came out on top to claim the famous old Royal Trophy and the £1,000 top prize on the set work, 'Partita' by Philip Sparke.

Runners up and winning £500, were St Denis, whilst third place and £300 was claimed by St Austell.

In the Second Section, victory and £250 went to Heyl Town, whilst St. Breward took the Third Section honours and £150. Lostwisthiel Silver won the Fourth Section and £150.
